You might want to consider a few voice lessons. You are doing pretty good, but sometimes you tend to go just a little flat on a few notes, lessons would help correct that, possibly. Keep your eye on your dream. Good luck!

Hi Trina... I just stumbled across this website... I'm here this morning with the christmas blues... Trying to piece christmas together for my family and I want to thank you for giving me a new perspective on life. I was feeling kind of sorry for myself which is a really selfish thing to do at this time of year, I'm sure, but life has thrown really bad things my way... So, ironically enough I decided to search my own name on the internet to see if anyone with my name is leading a successful life only to find another Trina Murphy who is doing all of the things that I dreamed about but have never done. I was born in May of 1972 ... We're somewhat close in age...

I've always wanted to pursue a career in nursing but have never gone through with it. I too am from a family of three. An older brother and sister... I am married with 3 girls... I have a passion for singing and have always been involved with anything local up until the past few years... For some reason I stopped enjoying my life... You have a very beautiful voice ... You have a passion for life that anyone would feel have they ever visited this website... Thank you, Trina... When I feel down in the future I will think of the other Trina Murphy in Texas, the one with the positive outlook... Tough shoes to fill but I can sure try to follow... May all your dreams come true............

Congratulations on your nursing degree. Didn't I tell you, that with hard work and dedication, you could do anything you wanted to do? Just remember... life is full of lessons that you learn every day. Enjoy your children before they are grown, take time with your loved ones while they are still here on earth, and never say "I wish I would have...." You only have one life, live it to the fullest without regrets.

Trina, I want to tell you how proud I am of you, not only do you have a talent in singing but now in your nursing. One day soon someone will be calling you to sing your heart out and you will, you have a gift that noone can ever take away, your own voice, so keep it up and it will pay off. I love you lots and as Gerald always said, get out of my head. One day we can say that, haha. Love, Mom

I'm in school at itt-tech in Richardson Texas, majoring in multimedia, I have two kids and believe that's a story in it's self. Trina, could you please send me an autograph picture of you. Dear Trina, I have been a "staunch" Patsy Cline fan for many, many years. I have heard a few people try and succeed in coming close to sounding like her, and now I add you to that list. No one, and I mean no one will ever replace the beautiful voice that was Patsy's, but you do alright, girl - keep up the good work and may God bless you in all your dreams.

Hi, Trina -- I took an hour out on a quiet Sunday morning to listen to your music. I had no idea the lovely woman in my English class is the talented artist you are: you didn't tell me until the course was over! I listened to all your songs: you have such a rich tone and range. I sat here with tears in my eyes, just listening to the power and beauty of your voice--and thinking about you in my class all those weeks, so patient with me and those pesky commas, all the while quietly knowing you had more talent in your pinky finger than most of us could ever summon. I am deeply touched that you shared your work with me. You are truly blessed, Trina, and you bless others with your gorgeous voice.

Hi there - I just kind of stumbled across your webpage here while I was looking up information on Patsy Cline (my mother and I are both fans of Patsy) Anyway, since this is my first time hearing of you, I'm sorry I haven't been able to hear your music yet, but I'm sure its wonderful. I just decided to write because of the coincidence about our names - my name is TRiNA Rae Pierce. Trina on its own is a rare enough name - and I've never met another person with the same middle name as me as well - Rae was my grandmother's name - that's why my mother chose it for my middle name - I was just curious about how you got your name and weather you've met any other Trina Rae's or just TRiNA's for that matter. Well, I just thought it was an interesting coincidence - I look forward to hearing your music - write me back if you ever get a chance. Thanks!

Howdy Trina, just wanted you to know that I love your music. It sounds close to Patsy. I think that's so great that you have recorded her music. Have you met any of her family? Just last Sunday, Sep 28, 2002, I called and talked to her husband Charlie. He was so nice to me. He is sending me a picture of her. Well, I hope and pray that you make it big just as Patsy did. Good luck in the years to come. Love, Maggie Lynn
